Comments from UCS and the Consumer Federation of America on the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service’s (APHIS’s) draft programmatic environmental impact statement (EIS) on contmplated revisions of its biotechnology regulations.
